The environment in which International Cargo Movers is becoming increasingly complex and competitive, we have not only developed high level of market awareness and loyalty to our services through marketing but also through exceeding our customer’s services expectation, building relationships and projecting a suitable image. As a part of International Cargo Movers commitment to the improvement of its market capabilities and long-term satisfaction of its clients, insight has been appointed to conduct a customer value management survey among direct Shippers and Forwarding Agents. This study evaluates International Cargo Movers performance relative to its competitors in the Indian market.
